Reset Type- Manual
These movements have been engineered for indoor or outdoor applications from 24¿ to 48¿ in diameter. The hands do not have to be protected with a cover lens for outdoor applications. Short shaft movements are typically used for non-illuminated applications and long shaft for illuminated, allowing the movement to be set back from the dial to avoid shadows in the center of the dial. The movements are manufactured from solid brass and are driven by quality electric motors. They can be set manually or remotely. The manual set movements require access to the hands, so they can be loosened and repositioned to the correct time. Remote set movements have a second motor and additional gearing so they can be set electrically. Remote set movements require additional wiring and also a switch for resetting.
Mounting is done by two 12-24 screws on the front of the movement. A set of installation mounting methods, and wiring diagram are included and available upon request for design purposes. Movement housings measure 6-1/8¿ x 6-1/8¿ square x 3-1/8¿ deep.
These movements have a 2 year warranty!
