Returns

Colonial Clock Shop offers the following Returns Policy: 

We will  accept items for return for up to 15 days from the invoice date without a restocking fee.  Items must be in their original package and in saleable condition (must not be modified or altered in any way) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  Items returned after 15  days are subject to a 20% restocking charge. We do not credit any shipping charges on returned items.  Items over 21 days from the invoice date will NOT be accepted for return.  “Special Order” items are not returnable.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT THE INVOICE COPY ON WHICH THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED.
